He specializes in code compliance, timber, wood frame and glue-lam structural design, legalization aspects, and permit issues including code compliance & zoning. He also represents clients during zoning, planning &​ architectural review board hearings.

Russell has a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology, A Masters of Energy Management and a Doctorate in Architecture (with honors) AND specializes in high end home and workplace design. RUSSELL HAS more than 20 years experience designing. he STARTed OUT AS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER for high end homes throughout NY, NJ & CT. Hereafter he studied architecture and gained training from notable national and international architects. Russell has also educated college level students as an adjunct professor of architecture, engineering and construction at (2) state colleges. Today, Russell continues in these endeavors to offer multi-disciplinary architecture and ancillary engineering design.
